The Postgraduate Degree in Excellence and Sustainability in Service Management covers in an integrated manner essential areas such as the management of excellence in services, environmental, social and economic sustainability, governance, design thinking, leadership, marketing, human resources , quality systems and audits and data protection, providing participants with Qualification as Internal Quality Auditor.
