Objectives

The CTeSP in Advisory and Administrative Management aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills to perform administrative and business management roles. The training aligns with labor market demands and the challenges posed by the digitalization of organizational processes. Learning Objectives By the end of the course, students should be able to: 1. Manage administrative and organizational processes, ensuring the efficiency of business operations. 2. Communicate effectively, facilitating interaction with clients, suppliers, and teams. 3. Use digital tools and analyze data, applying technological solutions to business management. 4. Apply knowledge of accounting, taxation, and legislation, ensuring legal compliance and financial sustainability. 5. Develop an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, fostering market adaptability and the creation of opportunities. Skills to Be Developed • Technical Skills: Document management, use of management software, and knowledge of relevant legislation. • Analytical Skills: Interpretation of financial data and evaluation of reports to support decision-making. • Interpersonal Skills: Teamwork, public interaction, and effective communication. • Entrepreneurial Skills: Project development, innovation, and adaptation to market changes. Graduates will be qualified to perform roles in administrative support, management assistance, and the implementation of technological solutions, contributing to the growth and modernization of organizations.

Admission Requirements

Candidates may apply for this CTeSP if they meet one of the following conditions: a) Hold a secondary education diploma or legally equivalent qualification and have passed subjects in one of the following areas: Economics, Mathematics, Portuguese, Biology and Geology. b) Have passed the special exams designed to assess the capacity of individuals over 23 years old for higher education, with a written test in one of the following areas: Economics, Mathematics, Portuguese, Biology and Geology. c) Hold a diploma of technological specialization, a CTeSP diploma, or a higher education degree, and have passed training/course units in the disciplinary areas of Economics, Mathematics, Portuguese, or Biology and Geology. d) Hold a secondary education diploma or legally equivalent qualification, or a diploma of technological specialization, a CTeSP diploma, or a higher education degree, whose courses do not include training/course units in the disciplinary area of Mathematics, provided they pass the Mathematics knowledge assessment exam conducted for this purpose.

Professional Opportunities

The profile of future professional higher technicians will be oriented towards performing roles in the following areas: Administrative and business management; Business intelligence; Organizational communication and client relations; Reporting and document management.
