Objectives

Students should be able to:

1) To develop Nursing care to person, family, and community in health/sickness contexts less experienced during nursing program;

2) To develop a clinical learning project which allows curriculum improvement;

3) To analyze and reflect on the nursing care according to individual learning path.

Generalist Nursing care in Community Hospital settings

Teaching Methodologies

This clinical practice is based on the following guiding principles: a. The sharing of responsibilities among students, clinical supervisor and pedagogical supervisor; B. The response to the training needs of students; c) The response to students' training interests; d) Critical reflection of the students on their nursing practice.

The learning scenario is services where nursing care is provided hospitals and health centers and implementation of: a. interactive method; B. guided learning; w. learning by discovery; d. participatory observation; and. demonstrations; f. training of psychomotor skills both in the laboratory and in the actual context of practice; g. analysis, discussion and reflection of clinical cases and ethical dilemmas; H. critical and reflexive analysis.
