Teaching Methodologies

Theoretical teaching will be based on oral presentat ions supported by multimedia. In practical classes students will have to perform protocols, some in classroom, other in animal's facilities in order to apply and/or observe practical and theoretical concepts previously presented. To the students there will be supplied all the files prepared by the teacher, together with the protocols executed in practical lessons.
Type 1 – Continuous evaluation
Type 2 – Continuous evaluation followed by Complementary evaluation
Type 3 – Evaluation for final exam
Continuous evaluation is based on the realization of 2 written tests of theoretical and practical subjects.
The final grade (CF) will be calculated by the formula:
CF= (test 1+ test 2) / 2
The student will be ap proved if the CF is equal to or higher than 9.5 with:
• Admission to Curricular Unit
• Classification of each of the t wo written tests not less than nine values.
The average rating of 2 written tests may not be less than 9.5.
