Teaching Methodologies

This curricular unit proposes to respond to the students' training needs, with the theoretical component for the purpose of addressing some contents and suggesting aspects to be studied further, while the theoretical-practical component presupposes developing aspects focused on theory, contextualizing them with the professional reality. It is intended an active participation and accountability of students in the learning process, aiming at their personal and “professional” development, being provided with the necessary resources, pedagogical guidance and support material, in computer support, through the resources at the University of the Azores, to boost the proposed activities. Expositive, active, participatory and collaborative methodologies will be used, such as autonomous research work, group work and tutoring/guided study.
