Objectives

This unit aims to provide the students with the adequate expertise about management, planning and operational management applied to tourism firms taking into consideration the specificities of the tourism sector and the multiplier effect that tourism activities have on the economy.

Teaching Methodologies

A theoretical-practical approach will be adopted. Practical cases will be used for analyzing the firms’ situations.
