Objectives

This discipline focuses mainly on the Code of Labour Legislation. Here we will discuss the rights and duties of workers, employers and labor organizations. This discipline aims to prepare the student with theoretical and practical knowledge of Labour legislation essential to the performance of professional life in management.

1. General notions of Civil law;

2. General notions Law Labour;

3. Labour Organizations;

4. Individual Employment Relationship;

5. Legal Relationship of employment;

6. Criminal and administrative liability.

Teaching Methodologies

Use of the expository method accompanied by an analytical method (resolution of practical cases and consultation of the respective codes).
