Objectives

Compreender e identificar os vários componentes de um produto multimédia e conhecer as tecnologias e aplicar as ferramentas mais adequadas para a edição e tratamento de imagem digital.

Program

  • Visual media principles of static and animated content that define Multimedia;
  • Design Strategies for web and applications;
  • Color principles, exploration of the use of color for interaction and interfaces;
  • Uses and applications of Perception Psychology in the uses of color in the construction of digital narratives;
  • Digital image (bitmap), the various applications and formats: introduction of image editor (Photoshop and Gimp) and bitmap manipulation processes
  • Vector image editing (vectors); introduction of vector editor (Illustrator and Inkscape); manipulation processes
  • Introduction to editing audiovisual content (audio and video); introduction to video editing (Premiere); video and audio manipulation processes;

Teaching Methodologies

In theoretical-practical classes, with a workload of 12 contact hours, an exposition of concepts is provided, accompanied by illustrative examples. These concepts are worked and consolidated in practical classes (30 hours), through the preparation and development of small and medium scale projects for each topic of the syllabus.
