The postgraduate course in Legal and Forensic Sciences aims to provide students with the necessary instruments to approach, understand and treat legal phenomena, through the application of normative solutions to concrete cases of everyday life, as well as providing specialized competence in different areas of Law, providing solid legal training essential to the exercise of forensic professions. The body of modules guarantees a solid and complete base of skills in the legal-forensic area, providing general knowledge of the legal system, critical ability to analyze legal solutions and conceptual rigor in the presentation of argumentative reasoning.

Objectives

At the end of the course, the student must be able to: 1. Identify the major themes and areas in which conflict in Law manifests itself; 2. Know the various instruments necessary for the practical application of Law; 3. Know how to support conflict with procedural dynamics; 4. Critically appreciate jurisprudence and doctrine (national and foreign) on various legal problems; 5. Prepare a research work on any of the modules taught.

Admission Requirements

May apply for postgraduate studies: a) Holders of a bachelor’s degree or legal equivalent; b) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, or legal equivalent, awarded following a 1st cycle of studies organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this Process; c) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, or legal equivalent, recognized as meeting the objectives of the degree by the FEG Scientific Council; d) Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum, which is recognized by the FEG Scientific Council as attesting the ability to undertake postgraduate studi
