Holders of a degree in the areas of Agricultural, Biological, Earth and related Sciences are preferably admitted to the cycle of studies. Admission complies with the provisions of article 17, DL 65/2018, of August 16, with the following being admitted: a) Holders of a bachelor's degree or legal equivalent; b) Holders of a foreign academic degree awarded as a result of the 1st cycle of studies, awarded by HEIs in a State adhering to the Bologna Process; c) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as satisfying the objectives of the bachelor's degree by the statutorily competent scientific body of the higher education institution where they intend to be admitted; d) Holders of an academic, scientific, or professional curriculum, with a recognized ability to carry out the cycle of studies by the statutorily competent scientific body of the HEI, where they intend to be admitted.
The master's degree allows you to train or requalify professionals who can develop professional activities, either individually or independently, in: - Management of organic farms, which are dedicated to the production of organic food. - Technical advice on agricultural farms, entities in the area of rural development, public administration or private companies, which develop activities in the area of agriculture, bioeconomy and rural tourism. - Consultancy and technical assistance, providing services to organic or conventional agricultural producers who intend to transition to organic farming. - Consultancy and technical assistance, in public or private entities, companies distributing and selling organic products that operate in the area of commercialization, marketing, tourism or catering. - Consultancy and technical assistance, providing services related to the development of rural development projects that promote bioeconomy practices, sustainability and environmental conservation. - Research and development, in agricultural research and development institutions, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and sustainable practices in agriculture and rural development. - Education and training, teaching in agricultural schools or promoting training courses in the area of organic farming and rural development.
